For the longest time, I stored my maps in standard binder page protectors with a piece of cardstock paper in it. That way I can store two maps on each side. The problem with that is you would move the binders around and the maps would clash together and slide around. But recently, I came across these envelope page protectors and I love them! I can now store maps in each pocket and they stay straight and safe from bending into each other. Check them out on Amazon! www.amazon.com/dp/B00TBP8XHW?

These have been a fantastic way to store my map collection. I’m still in the process of converting my entire collection over to this set-up, but I absolutely adore the portion of the collection now stored this way. Thanks for sharing this great resource!

I have been using the 4x6 postcard sleeves for mine for years. I slide the maps into the lower 2 pockets and they stick out about 3”. Too many maps to switch over to the envelope sleeves. Kind of wish these were around years ago! For bigger maps the full pocket is used with a piece of card stock to slide the map over if the folding works so they don’t slide around.

Peterparkfan,
Welcome to the DLR maps boards! That sounds like a great way to store maps! I agree, it was a large investment to switch over to the envelope sleeves. In part that’s why I have been doing it little by little. I have moved all of the Disney California adventure maps over and about half of my Disneyland maps. I still have all the special events, Walt Disney World, and international park maps to go!
